Once you become a member of Powerflex Gym you may schedule a complimentary orientation session with one of our professional trainers. Our staff and trainers are ready and willing to guide you through the proper usage of each piece of equipment---FREE OF CHARGE. Powerflex Gym has the newest, state-of-the-art equipment including pieces some members have never seen at other clubs. We will make sure you understand the mechanics of each piece and are working the appropriate muscle through a correct range of motion.
